Not the greatest insert but is still worth a try. Paired with the butt it seams to push you out but in a good way. Like others have said it is quite a lube eater but most of the smooth inserts are like this. It may not be the first insert you buy but you should at least give it a try

Ultra Tight is a good name for this insert, its almost too tight. it requires a lot more lube then the textured inserts, and once lubed up enough it didnt feel much different then the Super Tight. If your a fan of TIIIGHT then this one is for you, if your above average in girth i have doubts of you even being able to get inside, lol!
